Anastasiia Kotliarenko's girls, like other national Ukraine teams, will have to play three days in a row in the qualification for the European Championship. Given this point, it is important to properly distribute their own forces. Most likely, in addition to a ticket to the main draw of the competition, the Ukrainian players will try to complete this stage with a hundred percent performance.

Of course, an early exit from the quartet will facilitate the aforementioned task, because before the final match, the blue-yellow team will feel more confident psychologically. In addition, the coaching staff will have the opportunity to test rotations of players on the court, which will certainly add freshness to the team.

As for the volleyball players of Belgium, they, as you already understood, were also unable to get a direct entry to the 2023 European Championship after the first stage. In the championship of the Western European Volleyball Zonal Association (WEVZA), the representatives of this country took third place. Having reached the semi-finals from first place (opponents were Portugal, the Netherlands and Spain), they lost to the Italians (0-3). But in the confrontation for the "bronze" they rehabilitated and defeated the French team (3-1).

We would like to remind you that the qualification for the championship of the continent takes place in two stages. The participants first played in the championships of zonal associations, the winners of which immediately qualified for Euro-2023. By the way, Ukraine took the second place in the tournament of the Eastern European Volleyball Zonal Association (EEVZA), while Poland was the first.
