On April 5, the game day began with a meeting between "Security Police-ZUNU-Dynamo" and VC "MHP-Vinnytsia-ShVSM".
The first volleyball set took place in a fairly calm atmosphere: the Vinnytsia team already had a comfortable advantage (10:5) in the first minutes of the match. They acted well in the attack and, realizing 70% of attacks and making 3 aces, won the first set - 25:18.
During the second set, there was an equal struggle (23:23). The teams even had to go beyond the traditional 25 points. At the right moment, the setter "MHP" made a "spike", and then he and Illia Chaban worked effectively on the block - 31:29.
Ternopil started the third set better (6:1). However, Vinnytsia quickly caught up with their opponent (7:7). By the middle of the set, the fight was going on again (13:13). But a number of blocks and aces corrected the situation in favor of Kostiantyn Ryabukha's team (20:16). In the end, they won the third set in a row - 25:21 and 3-1.
Andrii Horbenko of the opposite of the "Security Police" became the most productive player (15 points).
The libero of MHP - Yaroslav Pampushko received the MVP prize.
