On April 11, the third match of the "bronze" series of the Super League-Dmart was held at the PVLU arena, where VSC "Law Academy" and VC "Zhytychi-Polissia" met. It was the last chance for the players of Kharkiv to get involved in the fight for medals, and the players of Zhytomyr could win their debut awards of the championship of Ukraine because they already had two victories in the treasury (3:0, 3:1).

There was a hint of struggle in the first set (4:4 – 10:10). However, Mykyta Luban and Viktor Shapoval quickly earned break points on blocks and attacks (14:10). Even the absence of one of the key attackers of "Zhytychi" Alen Didovic did not bother the Zhytomyr team. He was quite well replaced by the Slovenian Jakob Rojnik. In the end, Zhytomyr confidently won the opening match - 25:17.
In the second set, "Zhytychi" also dominated: Luban was good in serving, and his teammates played well in attack (9:4). In addition, Kharkiv volleyball players made a large number of unforced errors (9:16). Serhii Tereikovsky's wards, despite a rather large advantage, were able to keep their concentration until the end of this set - 25:18.
We have to give credit to the "lawyers", because after a long break, they started to show better volleyball (5:3). Their attempts to turn the tide of the match were successful at the beginning of the third set (7:5 – 11:9). However, once again the key role was played by the ex-player of "Law Academy", and now the constant opposite of "Zhytychi" Viktor Shapoval (11:11 - 14:14). However, on the other side of the court, he was opposed by Bohdan Tatarenko, who completed four attacks in a row in his favor (17:14) and once again brought his team into the lead. However, the players of Kharkiv again pursued their own mistakes (21:21). The teams kept the intrigue a little longer (24:24), and then Shapoval took everything into his own hands. His two well-hit attacks made it 26:24 and 3-1 for VC "Zhytichi-Polissia".
It was the third victory of the Zhytomyr team in a series of matches for third place in the Super League-Dmart, and therefore, it brought them bronze awards.
