"Halychanka-ZUNU" — VC "Bukovynka" 0-3 (14:25, 29:31, 6:25)
After the debut victory in the current draw of the Super League-Dmart, "Halychanka" sought to impose a worthy fight on the third team of the championship and, perhaps, to win at least one set. However, "Bukovynka" had different plans for this.
It was the Chernivtsi team who controlled the course of events at the start of the match (3:7). However, this did not mean that the team from Ternopil was ready to retreat. With the efforts of Zoriana Tomchyk and Maria Rybolovlieva, they managed to reduce the gap.
It seemed that intrigue was gradually returning. However, further problems with reception began in Liudmila Chornenka's wards, due to which the "bukovynka" was distinguished by more than one ace. As a result, in the first set, Halychanka scored only 14 points.
Apparently, the players of Ternopil surprised their rivals with their thirst for victory in the next set. Then began to pass attacks at the first pace more often, and one of them brought them a double advantage (7:5). Sometime after the ace of Liliia Popovych, the gap between the teams generally increased to three points (14:11).
Chornenka's wards failed to maintain a comfortable leadership. In those moments, the center of attention was Mariia Kaplanska, who performed excellently at the final stage of combinations and also served well. In the end, we witnessed simply incredible "swings", where in the end the nerves of the volleyball players of "Bukovynka" were stronger - 29:31.
After such an unfortunate failure, the representatives of Ternopil simply gave up. That is why the third set ended in a huge defeat - 6:25.
