The volleyball players from Chernihiv had a great desire to win their first victory in the championship, and the players from Ternopil had to rehabilitate in front of the fans for the unfortunate defeat against "MHP-Ladyzhyn" in the last round.

These two desires were the result of a fierce struggle in the opening set of the match. The teams took turns leading the score (4:2 - 10:13), then equalized the numbers on the scoreboard (9:9 - 20:20). Chernihiv's own mistakes and Ternopil's block became key in the ending. 25:23 in favor of the "Police".

The next set was as if copied from the previous one. The same change in the score (6:4 - 12:15), a fight for every point (16:16),  and as a result, a tense and intriguing ending (20:20). Even the final score of the set and its winner were similar to the previous one - 25:23 for the "policemen".

And after a long break, the Ternopil volleyball players, led by Volodymyr Mirchev, began to demonstrate better volleyball, which ensured a slight advantage from the start of the set (3:0 - 11:8). The team captain served a few powerful serves, two of which turned into aces (13:8). And thus finally decided the fate of this confrontation - 25:19 and 3-0 in favor of "Security Police-ZUNU-Dynamo".

Volodymyr Mirchev, captain of the Ternopil team, became the most productive player of the meeting (16 points).

Artem Riazanov, middle blocker of "Security Police-ZUNU-Dynamo" received the MVP award.
