The fourth consecutive European Volleyball Championship among men's and women's national teams under the age of 17 will be held in 2023. 16 teams of different genders will participate in the main draw of the competition.

For men, Podgorica (Montenegro) will host the final stage from July 19 to 30; for women - Bekeschaba (Hungary) and Vrniacka Banja (Serbia) from July 11 to 22. Representatives of the host countries will not participate in the selection, which will take place in two stages.

The first round (zonal) is until January 31, 2023

Qualifying matches will be organized in each zonal association of the European Union. The teams that will take first places will go directly to the final phase.

The second round is April 20-23, 2023

At this stage, a maximum of 20 teams from the previous selection round will compete for tickets to the Euro, divided equally into five groups. The number of allocated spaces per zone will be announced later.

The qualifying games of this round will be held in the format of a one-round tournament. The first two national teams from each quartet qualify for the final stage. In addition, the men's third-best-ranked team will also play at the continental championship.

We would like to remind you that recently the men's and women's national teams of Ukraine U-17 took part in the Eastern European Volleyball Zonal Association (EEVZA) championships, where they took second place.
