Andrii Levchenko's team has completed preparations for the qualifying round of the 2024 European Youth Championship.

On the eve of departure to Slovakia for the final sparring with the local team, the coach decided on the team's final roster:

setters: Denys Dehtiar* ("Law Academy"), Maksym Donets ("Myjava" Slovakia);

liberos: Mykola Dzhul ("Barkom-National Team of Ukraine U18"), Borys Yakovlev ("Reshetylivka");

outside hitters: Timur Tsmokalo ("Barkom-Kazhany"), Eduard Shteryk ("Prometey"), Oleksandr Kovalov ("Law Academy"), Nazar Hetman ("Maaseik" Belgium);

the opposites: Daniil Pyvovarenko ("Soria" Spain), Pavlo Valiaibaba ("Reshetylivka");

middle blockers: Vladyslav Antonenko (Law Academy), Mykola Kuts (Jastshembski, Poland), Ruslan Chervatiuk (Barkom-National Team of Ukraine U-18), Andrii Cheleniak (Barkom-National Team of Ukraine U-18).

*the team in which the volleyball player spent the 2022-2023 season is indicated

In addition to Andrii Levchenko, the coaching staff includes coaches Viacheslav Hrynov, Dmytro Shorkin, scoutman Vladyslav Bohatyrov, and doctor Viktor Nedashkivskyi.

We would like to remind you that as part of the qualification for the European Youth Championship, Ukraine will play in Group C, the matches of which will be held in Latvia (Daugavpils) from July 20 to 22, 2023.

The opponents of the "blue-yellow" team will be the national teams of Latvia, the Czech Republic, and Turkey.
