On April 7, the PVLU arena was once again filled to the brim, as the reigning champion of the country Prometey and the winner of the Super Cup and the Cup of Ukraine Epicenter-Podolyany took to the court as part of the second match of the final series.

The start was equal (7:7), but several aces and an attack by Dnipro captain Vitalii Shchytkov, a block by his teammates, and a mistake by the Podolyany created a comfortable advantage for "Prometey" (12:7). Flavio Gulinelli's wards picked up the pace of the game and gradually ran away from the opponent (17:10). The volleyball players from Dnipro won the first part of the match - 25:19.
Then the "bisons" got angry and immediately took the lead (6:2) and dictated the pace of the game (15:11). However, the closer the end of the set approached, the more the distance between the main opponents narrowed (16:14 - 18:17). In the end, the Serbian legionnaire of "Prometey" Mihajlo Stankovic made a pass, launched an attack and brought his team ahead (19:18). Then there was a pipe from Yan Yereshchenko, a dink by Shchytkov and a spectacular point from Dmytro Teromenko, who served an ace - 25:22.
The big break, not for the first time, changes the situation on the court. In the third set, the game was even (3:3 – 7:7 – 15:15). The first break points were earned by the "bisons", or rather their legionnaires. Czech Michal Finger and Dutchman Gijs Jorna played perfectly in the attack (17:15), and Maksym Drozd served an ace (18:15). Podolyany kept their concentration until the last rally and, in the end, were successful in this set - 25:21.
Then the events began to develop even more interestingly. The teams tied in the fight for every point. After all, for the Dnipro team, this won set meant the end of the match with a victory, and for the "bisons" - the last chance to get hold of the continuation of the game (4:4 - 12:12). And again, the volleyball players from Horodok were the first to take advantage. The opposite player Finger scored twice from the second zone (15:13), and Cameroonian Kavogo made a pipe (16:13). The Red and Whites started making their own mistakes (15:19). In the end, Podolyany got their way - 25:22 and 2-2.
An exciting tie-break awaited us.
The players of the Dnipro team had a better start in it (4:0). However, the "Epicenter" legionnaires were not going to give up so easily and later leveled the game (12:12). Viietsky played back from the block, an unsuccessful video challenge for the "bisons" and a double block from Dnipro decided the fate of this match - 15:12 and 3-2 for "Prometey".
The MVP award went to the outside hitter of Prometey - Yan Yereshchenko (24 points).
So, with this victory, Flavio Gulinelli's team doubled its result and led in the final series with a score of 2-0.
