The playoff round at the "PVLU" arena began with a match between the first and eighth teams based on the results of the regular championship of Ukraine. "Epicenter-Podolyany" from the town of Horodok and "Barkom-National Team of Ukraine U-18" from Lviv met on the court.

The starting set began rather unexpectedly with a score of 3:0 in favor of the "youth". Two weeks without game practice probably took its toll on the Podolyany and they were starting their game for quite a long time (8:8). However, as the result, everything came into place: the favorite pressed the opponent and ended the first set in their favor with a double block - 25:23.

In the second set, the "bisons" no longer allowed the Lviv club to impose their pace of play. Mariusz Sordyl's team acted coherently and clearly and without any problems won another set - 25:17.

The ten-minute break did not relax the current owner of the League Cup: "Bisons" immediately seized the initiative and quickly scored the required 25 points - 25:15.

The most productive player in the match was Ivan Reich (13 points) the opposite of the winning team.

The MVP prize went to the libero of "Epicenter-Podoyany" Denys Fomin.
