Tunisia became a participant as the national team with the highest rating in Africa. Qatar is the host of the tournament, Chile is the team with the highest rating in South America, and the Dominican Republic is the finalist in the NORCECA-2022 continental championship.

We will find out the name of one more participant on July 16 after the results of the finals of the Challengers Cup in Asia.

According to the rules of the Challenger Cup, the teams will be divided into pairs according to the world ranking, on July 16.

The first seed goes to the host of the competition, Qatar.

Quarterfinal 2: 2nd Ranked Team vs 7th Ranked Team

Quarterfinal 3: 3rd Ranked Team vs 6th Ranked Team

Quarterfinal 4: 4th Ranked Team vs 5th Ranked Team

The matches will be held in Doha (Qatar) from July 27 to 30, 2023.
