The 7th round of the Super League-Budinvest was opened by "Prometey" and "Barkom-National Team of Ukraine U-18". Like all the league teams, opponents did not practice official matches for a whole month. However, the coaches of the Dnipro team and the youngest team of the championship noted on the eve of this match that their players are in satisfactory playing condition. This circumstance only fueled interest to the confrontation.
The match turned out to be quite interesting, although "Prometey" managed to fully confirm its status as a favorite. In the debut of the match, it was not easy to give someone an advantage. The teams replaced each other as leaders, and closer to the equator of the set, the U-18 national team managed to organize a small margin of 3 points (11:8). The Dnipro team quickly eliminated this deficit, but the opponent continued to keep up with them in the second half of the set. In the final part of the set, after Andrii Chelenyak's ace, the "national players" got excellent chances to win the set (21:19). However, after that, "Prometey" took five consecutive rallies, which determined their local success in the match.
Confidence came to one of the favorites of the championship and he started the second set with a rush of 7:3, 9:4. The Dnipro club continued to increase their advantage. In the second half of the set, they reached a double-digit mark (23:13), after which it became clear that it is unlikely that anything will prevent "Prometey" from winning the second set.
A ten-minute break benefited the youth, and in the opening of the third set, they led 2:0, 4:2. In response, "Prometey" established its leadership in the first half of the set, and quite comfortably - 12:8. In the second half of the set, the Dnipro players confidently controlled the game and brought the match to victory. After this success, the team has 39 points in the championship. The same has "Epicenter-Podolyany". Still, the club from Horodok has a match in reserve.
