The players of Poltava came to the PVLU arena ready to give battle to the winner of the Super Cup of Ukraine. They were emotionally ready and at every opportunity powerfully attacked and got difficult points in defense. A few errors in the attack from "Epicenter" and ahead was "Reshetylivka" (16:13). But two effective attacks by Oleksandr Nalozhnyi and Michal Finger not only equalized the score but allowed the "bisons" to overtake the opponent (17:16). Then the score was equal again (20:20) and only at the end were the Podolyany able to win - 25:22.

But in the second set, there was a real fight: the Podolyany led (9:6 - 13:9) and, it seemed, were already close to its positive conclusion for themselves. However, step by step "Reshetylivka" got close to the opponent thanks to Ruslan Osypenko's ace (16:16), and then even overtook them (19:17).

Then there was another ace, but now it was from Oleksandr Hriuk (23:19), and, in the end, the Reshetilivka team won their first set - 25:22.

During the 10-minute break, Mauricio Paes gave instructions to his wards, and judging by the score - 25:13 - they fulfilled them 100%. Yevhenii Kisiliuk scored 9 points. He was supported in the attack by legionnaires Michal Finger (4 points) and Gijs Jorn (3 points).

At the beginning of the fourth set, the Podolyany were also the leaders (4:1). However, the delivery of the "Reshetylivka" outside hitter Vladyslav Tyshchenko proved to be difficult for the Podolyany. 10:9 - and volleyball players from Poltava Oblast were among the leaders. Then the game leveled out (11:11 - 15:15 - 25:25). at the right moment, the Czech opposite Michal Finger successfully finished the attack, and in the next episode, Oleksii Drofa made an unfortunate mistake. As a result, 27:25 and 3-1.

The MVP award went to Michal Finger, who became the most productive player of the match (26 points).
