The national team gathered in Riga (Latvia), where they began preparations for the final part of the 2023 European Volleyball Championship. The players of Ugis Krastinš will stay there until August 16, and then move to Tallinn, where they will play two friendly matches with the Estonian national team on August 18 and 19.

After that, the Ukrainian volleyball players will go to Poland, where on August 26 they will play against the national team of this country - the winner of the Nations League 2023.

Next, the "blue and yellows" will go to the Bulgarian city of Varna, where the matches of group B will take place. Their opponents will be the national teams of Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Finland, and Spain.
