In the second set, quite expectedly, everything turned upside down. "Security Police" seized the lead (11:8) due to powerful serves and attacks. The emotions and courage of captain Volodymyr Mirchev (18:13) also helped the Ternopil team a lot. By the way, in the end, he was also effective in serving (22:17). And Artem Riazanov finished the second set with a block - 25:18.
In the third set, the situation on the court changed again: the "lawyers" again became the leaders (5:2 - 8:3). And in the future, their leadership only strengthened (12:6 - 20:9). They had success on serve, making 3 aces per set. As a result, 25:12 in favor of Kharkiv.
The fourth set was the most interesting in this duel. It started with a number of aces from Ternopil - the opposite Andrii Horbenko (1 ace), setter Mykola Bovsunovskyi (2 aces), and the opposite Illia Hlabai (1 ace) - 14:10. It seemed that in a few minutes we would see a tie-break. However, the "lawyers" successfully played on the block (14:15), and Andrii Stebletskyi and Vitalii Sukhinin served aces (16:16 - 19:17). Then again an effective game on the block (22:19), and as a result - 25:20 and 3-1 in favor of VSC "Law Academy".
Two attackers of the Kharkiv team - Vitalii Sukhinin and Bohdan Tatarenko - became the most effective players of the meeting. They scored 17 points each.
The MVP award was received by Bohdan Tatarenko, an outside hitter of the Law Academy.
