During his playing career, the outside hitter played in the clubs of VNAU (Vinnytsia), "Lokomotiv" (Kharkiv), and "Sertse Podillia" (Vinnytsia). He worked as a playing assistant coach, and in February 2020 he headed "Sertse Podillia".

The athlete was also the assistant head coach of the national team of Ukraine.

According to the press service of VC "MHP-Vinnytsia", due to the fact that Ivan Slynchuk is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and will not be able to constantly be near the team to help it, Kyrylo Peredrii will be the acting coach of the team.
