The women's national team of Ukraine U-20 completed the training camp in Steinbrunn, Austria. There, our volleyball players conducted the final stage of preparation for the qualification for the European Championship 2024.
During the training time, Artem Dyhtiarenko's wards played three sparring matches - against the local team of Austria, as well as Norway and the reigning champion of that country, Linz-Steg.
The friendly matches were indicative of the excellent play and good physical shape of the Ukrainians, who in the end won three convincing victories:
Ukraine — Austria 4-1 (25:12, 25:15, 25:17, 19:25, 25:23)
Ukraine — Norway 4-1 (25:18, 25:12, 25:19, 21:25, 25:15)
Ukraine — Linz-Steg 3-1 (13:25, 25:17, 25:20, 25:14)
We would like to remind you that the qualification games with the participation of the blue-yellow team will be held in Kinbaum from April 5 to 7, and their opponents in Group C will be the hosts - Germany, as well as Finland and Estonia.

The final part of the continental competition will take place in two countries: Bulgaria (Sofia) and Ireland (Dublin). Their national teams got there automatically.
Previously, the winners of the zonal associations, namely: Turkey, Poland, Croatia, Sweden, and Italy, also entered the Euro.
The last nine tickets will be divided between the winners of the five groups and the four best national teams among the second places at this stage of the qualification.
