This year, the four best men's teams of the Super League of Ukraine based on the results of the previous season will compete for the "Prometey Open 2023" cup: the current national champion and host of the tournament VC "Prometey", the silver medalist of the Super League of Ukraine "Epicenter-Podolyany" from the town of Horodok, the bronze medalist of the elite division the Kharkiv team of VSC "Law Academy" and Zhytomyr club "Zhytichi-Polissia".
