4th round. The first game. December 8

"Alanta" — "Halychanka-ZUNU" 3-0 (25:11, 25:16, 25:8)

Gariy Yegiazarov's wards continue their triumphant march. Today's victory over Ternopil was their fourth in a row and sixth overall in Super League-Dmart 2023/24.

Volleyball players of "Halychanka" pleasantly surprised their own fans at the start of the game: the athletes provided timely support for each other and almost never failed in the attack (3:5). However, even before the equator, the Dnipro players organized a phenomenal spurt.

Yuliia Kaminska was the main character in those moments. The player repeatedly broke through the opponent's block and successfully played over the net herself (14:7). Liudmyla Chornenka's wards could not turn the tide of the set - 25:11.

"Alanta" continued to force events in the next set as well. Meanwhile, their opponents had little success both in attack and defense (10:3). At a certain moment, the leaders lost their concentration, due to which mistakes began to occur (14:10).

That's why Yegiazarov decided to conduct a total rotation, releasing the substitute players who do not get a lot of game practice in the current season. Ultimately, the girls did not let their mentor down and soon led the team to their victory - 25:16.

On the serve of Stanislava Parfonova, the Dnipro team immediately secured a comfortable handicap (7:0). This moment was a psychological blow for the Ternopil team. As a result, by the end of this set, they did not even reach the 10-point mark - 25:8.
