"I consider the first volleyball championship of Ukraine under the auspices of PVLU to be successful" - President of the Professional Volleyball League of Ukraine Volodymyr Dubynskyi congratulated everyone at the meeting on the Super League results.

On April 28, a meeting was held under the leadership of the president of PVLU with the participation of the leaders of all Ukrainian volleyball clubs - participants of the national championship.

The presidents and members of the administrations of women's and men's volleyball clubs, which participated in the Super League competitions of the 2022-2023 season, have met in order to sum up the results of the championship and outline plans for the upcoming season.
Volodymyr Dubinsky thanked everyone for their active participation in the championship. He especially noted the high level of the organizational process and mentioned that he was satisfied with the teams' results and the way the games were played.

"The championship fulfilled my expectations as the president of the professional league and expectations as a volleyball fan.
We managed to ensure the proper organization of the competitive process, the safety of athletes, and prompt and high-quality coverage over the course of the championship.
We managed to show the audience great volleyball and gave the fans of this sport a real volleyball holiday.
I am sincerely grateful to everyone for this!"

The president of PVLU also noted that he was touched by the fact that despite the situation in the country, Ukrainian clubs dared to participate in the championship. Moreover, they behaved decently and showed a true love for volleyball and a thirst for improving their results. This season, some teams have quite unexpectedly shown themselves to be better than in the past, which indicates their desire to grow and develop further.
The president awarded each club manager for a well-considered decision to become a participant in the championship and for the efforts they made during the competitions.

They also discussed the next volleyball season in Ukraine and the possibility of holding the 2023-2024 championship in different cities of the country, as it happened before. PVLU will be able to provide support to clubs to hold competitions and receive opponents on their own territory. However, such a scheme of the competitive process is possible under the condition of stabilization of the situation in the country.

"I believe that the situation in Ukraine will improve soon. I believe that our heroes will repel the enemy. And we will be able to develop Ukrainian volleyball even more powerfully and give Ukrainians real positive energy from professional volleyball.
Thank you to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to play. I wish victory to all of us!"
