In this confrontation, the representatives of Ternopil "Security Police-ZUNU-Dynamo" and Team of the Poltava region -VC "Reshetylivka-Barkom-Kazhany" met.
This series of matches will last until three victories of one of the teams.

In the opening set, the hosts of the court allowed the opponent to play. Poltava captain Nik Sotnik traditionally attacked from the second zone and served powerfully (16:10). However, on the other side of the court, his opponent Illia Hlabai decided to make an equally strong and unpleasant serve, thanks to which he reduced the gap (14:16). Next there were Mykola Bovsunovskyi's block and Artemiy Kornieiev's attack and ace (19:18). A few more successful rallies and an ace by Bohdan Onipko, and the Ternopil players seized the lead (23:20). And, in the end, they finished the set in their favor - 25:22.
Then the Poltava players again dominated the court (6:4 – 17:12). However, déjà vu awaited us, where Hlabai again used his powerful serve (15:17). Anastasii Ostroumov helped him twice in the attack (17:17). By the end of the set, the teams were fighting evenly (24:24). At a crucial moment, the captain of "Reshetilivka" Nik Sotnik took responsibility. Two of his attacks were the result of a won set - 26:24.
After a 10-minute break, there were swings: teams took turns taking the initiative (4:4 - 5:7 - 11:11 - 14:12). Closer to the party's equator, the people of Ternopil started to make mistakes, and the players of Poltava took advantage of the situation and became the leaders (20:15). Serhii Sosnin's wards kept their advantage and won another set - 25:19.
The fourth set turned out to be very tense. The teams kept the intrigue (10:10). At the right moment, the "policemen" played perfectly on the block (16:13). The players of Ternopil felt like the real owners of the court, especially since the stands of the playing arena were filled to the brim. Volodymyr Mirchev and company were able to win this segment of the game - 25:20 and move the match to a tie-break.
In the fifth set, Oleksandr Hriuk played excellently at the first pace, and then together with his teammates, he made a block (4:0). The players of Ternopil slightly reduced the gap (7:9), but they never managed to catch up with the players of Poltava (7:11). "Reshetylivka" was stronger in the decisive fifth set - 15:9 in the end, 3-2 in favor of the Poltava team.
The captain of the Poltava team Nik Sotnik received the MVP award.
