On March 9, the second match of the Men's Super League-Dmart playoff series (4th-5th places) took place at the PVLU volleyball arena in Chernivtsi, where VSC "Law Academy" (Kharkiv) and "Security Police-ZUNU-Dynamo" (Ternopil) met. In the first match of the series, Kharkiv players celebrated an "easy" victory.

Therefore, inspired by the previous success, the volleyball players of the Kharkiv team rushed to another victory. At first, the score was equal (5:5), but Mykyta Arbuzov, the outside hitter of the "lawyers", finished the attack effectively, and then served two aces (8:5). His teammates helped preserve the advantage (12:7). However, the middle blocker of "Security Police" Artemii Kornieiev decided to correct the situation with his serve, and his opponent Artem Riazanov did an excellent job on the block (12:12). However, the teams were not destined to hold parity for long: the Ternopil team started to make mistakes, and the Kharkiv team took advantage of the opportunity to gain break points (14:12 – 20:16). In the end, the start of the match was for the "Law Academy" - 25:17.
In the second set, the "lawyers" organized an advantage from the first two opening rallies. Setter Andrii Stebletskyi served an ace, and his partners blocked (2:0). The players of Ternopil were playing catch-up all the time, and Serhii Kovalenko's wards continued to increase their advantage (7:4 - 12:6 - 20:14). In the end, Volodymyr Mirchev and his teammates were not destined to turn the tide of the set. 25:16 and 2-0 for Kharkiv.
The third set was the final one in this confrontation. Serhii Kovalenko's wards did not lose their concentration and made maximum efforts to prevent their opponents from winning at least one set (6:2 – 12:4). In the end, 25:14 and 3-0 in favor of VSC "Law Academy". So the Kharkiv team advanced to the semifinals of the Super League-Dmart for the 2023-2024 season by the sum of two matches.
The MVP award went to Andrii Stebletskyi, a setter from "Law Academy".
All four semi-finalists of the men's Super League-Dmart became known - VC "Prometey" (Dnipro), VC "Zhytychi-Polissia" (Zhytomyr), "Epicenter-Podolyany" (Horodok) and VC "Law Academy" (Kharkiv).
In the semi-finals, VC "Prometey" will play against VSC "Law Academy", and VC "Zhytychi-Polissya" will play against "Epicenter-Podolyany". The dates and times of the 1/2 final matches will be announced a little later.
