"Alanta" and "Balta" are setting themselves the most ambitious goals this season. However, today the Dnipro club proved to be stronger, having won a confident "3:0" victory.
The starting rally, which ended in favor of the Balta team, set a high pace for this match. Anastasiia Malysheva in those minutes mainly loaded her team's attack leader Anastasiia Strelbytska with passes. The latter operated with variable success. For example, after her attacks met the resistance of her rivals twice in a row, the Dnipro team took the lead (6:4).
Then the representatives of Odesa began to make mistakes in simple situations, which allowed "Alanta" to break away from the score (14:9). By the end of the set, Andrii Romanovych's wards could not come to their senses. Even substitutions did not correct the current situation - 25:13.
Gariy Yeghiazarov's team combined and possessed the initiative in the next game as well. Of course, they did not always manage to successfully complete the combinations. Because on the other side of the net, there were blockers of "Balta". However, it was difficult to find opposition to Marta Fedyk. One of her attacks forced Andrii Romanovych to take a break (12:8).
At the end of the set, representatives of Odesa stabilized their game and reduced the deficit to a minimum: Kateryna Dzendzelovska, who came out to reinforce the block, was "covered" by Daria Skliarova (20:19). But the experienced players of "Alanta" did not allow their opponents to finally turn the tide of the confrontation - 25:22.
The volleyball players of "Balta" continued to find their game. Somewhere, the girls lacked game chemistry to impose a fight on the bronze medalists of the championship. At a certain moment, Kseniia Puhach knocked out the opponents from the reception, due to which her club secured a comfortable handicap (10:2). By the way, it became decisive - 25:14.
