Today, November 2, the draw for the first round of the Women's Cup of Ukraine 2023/24 took place. At this stage, 14 teams were divided into four groups. Their winners will advance to the "final eight".

During the ceremony, four seeded teams received the right to be in the first basket: VC "Bukovynka", "Halychanka-ZUNU", "Regina-MEGU-OSHVSM" (all from the Super League-Dmart), and Sports Academy "Prometey" (Higher League).

The second one was formed by representatives of the First and Higher Leagues, who confirmed their participation in the competition.

The matches of the first stage will take place on December 26-28 in the territory of Chernivtsi region.

We would like to add that the top four of the elite division automatically advanced to the final stage based on the results of last season: SC "Prometey", "Alanta" (both clubs from Dnipro), VC "Dobrodiy-Meduuniversitet-ShVSM" (Vinnytsia) and SC "Balta" (Balta).
