On October 7, one of the most awaited matches of "Prometey Open 2023" took place: the ex-finalists of last season "Prometey" and "Epicenter-Podolanyi" met there.

Almost the entire starting set took place in an equal struggle (7:7 – 18:18). Then the "Bisons" made a mistake on the serve, and Denys Veletskyi made a single block (20:18). In the next episode, Dmytro Yanchuk followed his example (21:18). These +3 were quite enough for the Dnipro players to finish the set in their favor - 25:22.

In the second set, the Polish blocker of "Prometey" Dawid Dryja served two aces, thus providing his team with a comfortable advantage (7:4). The score continued to increase in favor of "Prometey" (10:7 - 13:7), while "Epicenter", on the contrary, could barely reach the mark of 19 points - 25:19.

The third set did not change the situation on the court, where the game was played according to the scenario of "Prometey": it was difficult for the Podolyany to cope with the attacks of the Dnipro team and they also looked quite better in defense. In the end, 25:17 and 3:0 in favor of the hosts of the tournament.

Tomorrow, October 8, at 12:00, "Bisons" will play "Law Academy", and at 15:00, "Prometey" will meet with VC "Zhytychi".
