For three days, from December 26 to 28, the women's teams of the Professional Volleyball League of Ukraine will decide the fate of the first draw of the League Cup 2022.
By tradition, all matches will be held in Chernivtsi. It is interesting that the winner of the trophy will represent our country in the European arena next season.
The clubs that took the first two places according to the results of the second circle of the Super League-Dmart directly advanced to the semi-finals of the Cup — DobroDiy-Meduniversitet-ShVSM, and Alanta.
At the same time, for the other two tickets to the 1/2 finals, the third team of the championship will play against the sixth and
the fourth — against the fifth. The U-15 national team of Ukraine will not participate in the tournament.

3-6 places. 16:00 SC "Prometey" — "Halychanka-ZUNU"
In the final round of the second circle of the Super League-Dmart, SC "Prometey" lost to "DobroDiy" and fell to third place, losing the chance to go directly to the semi-finals of the League Cup. Now the "red and whites" are waiting for a match against "Halychanka-ZUNU", which, unlike their opponents, claimed only the fifth place. However, the last two failures, in particular from direct competitors (the U-17 team), left Ternopil unchanged. If we talk about face-to-face meetings of the teams this season, there were no surprises here: Prometey defeated their opponents twice with a score of 3-0.
4-5 places. 19:00 SC "Balta" — "National team of Ukraine U-17"
A priori, it is difficult to determine the winner in the match between the teams that currently occupy the fourth and fifth places in the championship of Ukraine. Therefore, in order to weigh all the pros and cons regarding the favorites of the confrontation, we should follow hot tracks. After all, the rivals just met each other in the last round of the Super League-Dmart, where the blue-yellow team celebrated a 3-1 victory. In that match, the Baltia club could not stop the attacking potential of the trio, which are: Marharyta Geiko (earned 20 points), Valeriia Kravchenko (16), and Bohdana Hrytsyk (15). Let's see if they can handle it this time.
In the semifinals, "DobroDiy" will meet with the winner of the pair of 4-5 places, and "Alanta" - with the winner of the pair of 3-6 places.
