The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced the venues for qualifying tournaments for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. It should be noted that the men's and women's national teams of Ukraine will take part in the qualification.
China, Japan, and Poland will host the women's Olympic qualifiers. At the same time, Brazil, China, and Japan will organize competitions for men.
The first 24 teams of each gender according to the FIVB ranking for September 2022 will compete for a ticket to the Games. In both qualifications, they will be divided into three groups. The two best national teams from each will get Olympic licenses, that is, in the end - six men's and women's teams.
France, as the host country, became a participant in the Olympic Games automatically. The last five tickets will be awarded to the teams with the highest ranking at the end of the group stage of the Nations League 2024. In total, 12 men's and women's national teams will play in Paris.
The draw for the qualifying stage will take place on March 17 in Lausanne (Switzerland). Broadcast at 14:00 Kyiv time on YouTube-channel Volleyball World.
Olympic qualification tournaments for women will be held from September 16 to 24, and for men from September 30 to October 8, 2023.

Men's teams participating in Olympic qualification: Italy, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Iran, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Slovenia, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, UKRAINE, the USA.
