The second match between "Balta" and the national team of Ukraine U-17 in the 1/4 finals of the Super League-Dmart was supposed to give the audience a storm of emotions. After all, the fate of the first ticket to the semifinals of the competition could be decided already today. After all, that's exactly what happened.

In the actions of both teams at the beginning of the meeting, many mistakes were observed, which, most likely, are related to the initial excitement. It was the Balta players who had the initiative, albeit a minimal one — 6:4, 8:6. Then the blue-yellow team successfully played in the attack twice in a row, and the double block by Valeriia Kravchenko and Polina Herasymchuk brought them leadership - 8:9. Then we witnessed "more-or-less" game because the teams constantly changed roles. In the end, the scales tipped in favor of the national team - 21:25.

Serhii Koltsov's players started the second set more actively — 8:3. The reception of the national team of Ukraine went wrong, to which Volodymyr Podkopaiev responded by taking a time-out. The pause benefited his team, who soon equalized the score. And later, after the first pace attack by Kristina Starostenko, they even broke into the leaders - 11:12. This episode inspired the girls to make an even bigger push — 11:15. The four-point handicap between the two teams remained until the end of the set — 21:25.

In comparison with the previous sets, the blue-yellows started better in the third - 2:8. Such a confident spurt became a real psychological blow for the volleyball players of "Balta", who in one moment just simply stopped. At the same time, the national team already had the courage to bring this segment to the end - 9:25.

So, the national team of Ukraine U-17 reached the semi-finals of the championship of Ukraine, where they will play against VC "Dobrodiy-Meduniversitet-ShVSM". 

SC "Balta": Nohina (6), Lysa (5), Volchenko (7), Peretiatko (7), Beketova (2), Fartushniak (2), Hrashchenko (l) — starting line-up; Sviatenko (1), Kalashnyk (l), Berezovska — were substitutes.
